03 Oct New menu coming soon!

This coming October we are excited to announce Chefs Gallery’s biggest menu upgrade EVER!

Never fear, all your old favourites can still be enjoyed – some with a slightly new twist – but we’re also introducing a mouth-watering array of brand new dishes, special to each of our locations!  To get your tastebuds curious… think Chinese charcuterie rice clay pot at Westfield Hurstville… Korean army stew with handmade noodles at Westfield Parramatta… steamed jumbo prawns and egg white custard at Regent Place, Town Hall… or deep fried, braised pigeon at Macquarie Centre.

Also exciting is our new and improved dessert menu, including Hong Kong style French toast, deconstructed Asian-inspired pavlova and our take on the ol’ favourite… deep fried ice cream!

If that wasn’t enough… we’re also concocting a fabulous new drinks and cocktail list so we can all cheers to the new menu!
