Prime foodie photographer Paulpayasalad stopped by Chefs Gallery Town Hall and tucked into some tasty delights!
Whetting his appetite with the classic abalone bamboo soup, Paul ate his way through two of our signature dishes – the roast deboned duck with lychees, and the prawn and squid shui mai topped with avocado and fish roe paste.
He ordered an extravaganza of dim sum too, with the pan-fried scallops with three sauces, prawn and pork wontons in a Shanghainese spicy sauce, and jumbo prawn dumplings in translucent pastry.
He didn’t hold back with the drinks, pairing his dishes with flower tea, lychee mint juice, lychee mango juice, and a refreshing Lemon Coke.
A plate of seaweed and jellyfish salad rounds out what he calls his “ideal lunch”!
