24 Feb Review – Snap Shots of Food
A couple of foodies who love to try something new are Matt and Christine from Snapshots of Food.
They called into our Bankstown restaurant and after much deliberation over the menu, the wait was thoroughly worth it. Going off recommendations from friends the pair ordered our handmade noodles with slow cooked beef brisket and minced beef with diced fresh chilli, “the noodles had great texture, and the minced beef got the encore”.
Next out was our wok fried medium grain rice with diced chicken in Tom Yum flavour, lemon grass and fried basil. The dish has a “strong bold flavour” that left the couple suitably satisfied.
Lucky ducks, the pair ordered our signature shredded Peking duck roti with cucumber and Hoisin sauce, “this is such an incredible dish, and we have to insist you try it when you visit”.
Finishing the feast Christine and Matt recommend “the lychee and mint” drink to cleanse your palette.
